Positions for journeyman, and foreman caliber workers for both Sheet Metal Mechanics (installers & fabricators) along with Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Service Technicians. This multi-disciplinary trade requires a broad range of skill sets. The ideal applicant may have and will need a wide range of general skills and knowledge or a specific specialty niche focus. The key ingredients for a successful candidate are a strong work ethic, honesty, willingness to learn and become an active member of our union family. This opportunity is for immediate openings in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and the Southeast region of Alaska. When applying for this organization, proof of 8000 hours worked in the HVAC division of the trade is expected for journeyman status. Basic hand tools are required to begin work along with 8 hours annually continued education will be performed.
