The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking skilled, experienced, sheet metal roofer who brings at least 2 years of experience working with sheet metal roofing along with associated metal & copper flashings & counter flashings for long-term employment beginning immediately with projects in Nashville, TN and around the country. Primary duties include and require • Remove existing roofing system and associated items per plans/specs with roof crew • Measure & fabricate sheet metal components in shop and field settings • Install sheet metal roofing components per SMACNA, NRCA, & CDA guidelines • Soldering copper with irons • Daily cleanup with the roofing crew Essential Skills & Employment Criteria: • Trained & experienced in roof demolition/removal • Ability to work independently when needed without direct supervision and remain on task • Advanced knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and details required • Knowledge of power tools, general construction equipment, roofing, and basic carpentry is required • OSHA 10 training is required prior to job start • Ability to pass a security clearance We work where we live, and it shows.
