Responsibilities: • Hours: 8 Hour Shifts | Monday - Friday | 40 Hours • Assemble and hang duct systems • Install accessories such as VAVs, fire dampers, and control dampers Set hangers, roof curbs, and wall sleeves • Measure and cut sheet metal by hand or with tools • Understand and comply with applicable • Building Code and Safety Rules • Follow blueprints to determine project requirements such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or material • Fasten joints and seams with solder, welds, caulk, bolts, and metal driver clips • Install assemblies, including pipes, HVAC ducts, flashings, rain gutters, and furnace casings in a supportive framework • Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 5 years solid in the trades • OSHA-10 required (can be provided) • Ability to read and follow prints to layout, assemble, and install duct, flat roof, condensers and units • Ability to Perform on individual & Team assignments • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Prior experience in the Commercial Or Industrial Mechanical field (required) • Prior experience using With Commercial & Industrial Plumbing (preferred) • This position will require a drug screen & Background check TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities. Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. Their proven track record of fabricating and installing sheet metal systems for HVAC, roofing, or similar applications is essential. Fabrication and installation of DUCT systems for HVAC, ductwork, and other commercial building applications are key responsibilities of this position. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics are also crucial skills required.
