Job Title: Plumber Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in their trade, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. Key Responsibilities: • Prioritize safety by understanding, following, and promoting the company’s safety program at all times. • Maintain heating systems, basic water supply, and water distribution systems. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes for waste water, plumbing fixtures, pipes, stacks, brackets, traps, vents, and insulation. • Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance. • Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules. • Utilize proper tools and equipment to efficiently perform plumbing tasks. • Assist in organizing project materials, reporting missing items, and ensuring necessary materials are ordered in a timely manner. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times. • Demonstrate professionalism by being punctual, prepared, and maintaining a positive attitude. • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a commercial plumber or similar role. • Strong understanding of safety procedures and plumbing codes. • Experience maintaining heating systems, water supply/distribution, and waste water piping systems. • Basic knowledge of plumbing repair and maintenance. • Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. • Owns or has access to the necessary tools to perform plumbing tasks. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Performance-driven with a positive, proactive approach. • Willing to travel as required. • Able to work at heights, including ladders and lifts. Toolroom Attendant, HVAC / Plumbing, Regular Part-time

Overview Following standard procedures, the Toolroom Attendant will maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; dispense materials to students, maintain areas in a clean and orderly fashion; assist faculty and School office with ordering materials; make minor repairs to tools and equipment. Qualifications Education : • High School diploma or GED equivalency. (Minimum) • Education, training, and / or work experience that qualifies a person to perform above duties and provides a working knowledge of terminology, tools, supplies and equipment / materials appropriate to the HVAC / Plumbing trade.
