Experience • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. • Mechanical knowledge is essential; familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred. • Experience in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. • Background in maintenance person services or carpentry is a plus, enhancing versatility on the job site. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment. Must be able to physically perform the required tasks. Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work This is a full time position. Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Evening and weekend work may be required in the event of weather or job schedule. Required Education and Experience 1. High School diploma or equivalent GED. 2. A minimum of 5 years working in plumbing field. 3. Experience working with hand tools and equipment. 4. OSHA training beneficial.
