Job Responsibilities • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers • Anticipates and responds to customer needs. • Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition. • Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure. • Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains. • Reports on any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate. • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
