Description We are seeking a customer-focused Service Plumber to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, providing high-quality repairs and maintenance, and offering customers clear, honest solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the desire to grow their skills in the plumbing trade. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities • Perform plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance. • Explain issues and recommend solutions clearly to customers. • Offer additional services, upgrades, and maintenance options when appropriate. • Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and related systems. • Follow safety standards and plumbing codes. • Complete service tickets and documentation accurately. • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. • Provide excellent customer service and participate in on-call rotation Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid plumbing license or equivalent experience (as required by state). • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Comfortable presenting service options and upgrades. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and various residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
