As the Electrical Mechanical Source Inspector, you will act on behalf of Verify's customer and will be responsible to ensure compliance of product during in process and final inspections. As the dedicated inspector you will be trained on customer processes and requirements to ensure all standards/specifications are followed while supporting reporting and communication to all stakeholders on issues/non-conformances...etc. Job Description: • The quality inspector shall support on-site at single or multiple supplier facilities to perform documentation, visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and / or sub-assemblies. • Validate all product and paperwork compliant to including but not limited to: engineering drawings, customer purchase order(s), industry standards, and specifications. • Inspect Certificates of Conformance from material, external suppliers, and other service providers to ensure these items conform to customers purchase order requirements and specifications • Perform a wide variety of conventional/traditional inspection operations utilizing various inspection techniques • Report via operating systems for Customer and Verify while communicating any non-conformance while providing reject or rework disposition. Must be willing to utilize personal laptop to complete customer inspection records within SAP platform and Verify' s reporting platform. Requirements: • Min 10 years inspection experience • * Complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies • PWB's • Active Certification for JSTD-001, preferred or minimum of 10 years working experience or expired certification, must be willing to recertify and maintain active certifications as required. • Active Certification for IPC-610, preferred or minimum of 10 years working experience or expired certification must be willing to recertify and maintain active certifications as required. • Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance to the AS9102 standard and knowledge is required, including complete review of technical data package for full traceability of documents. • Experience using various inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. Requirements: • Posses soft skills to clearly communicate non-conformances internally and externally • Candidate should be computer savvy and MUST be willing to use personal laptop to complete inspection reporting via SAP platform and SPP (Supplier Performance Platform) • Must be willing to utilize personal cell phone • Must live within daily driving distance of Union, NJ. - No relocation offers available. • Must be willing to work in fast paced manufacturing environment and posses all PPE required per suppliers safety requirements. • Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, maneuver • Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. 1099 Contractor with established LLC/DBA. EIN# must be provided at time on on-boarding (or) planned to obtain within first 90 days of employment.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Department: Manufacturing Reports To: Manufacturing Manager The Mechanical Engineer at Chance Aluminum will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. This role supports plant reliability and performance through engineering solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and uptime across production and maintenance operations. Mechanical Engineer Essential Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize mechanical systems and processes for aluminum manufacturing operations. • Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and recommend engineering-based solutions. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and develop corrective/preventive actions. • Support maintenance and production teams with technical expertise and engineering insights. • Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software. • Collaborate with vendors to select appropriate equipment and materials for repairs and upgrades. • Develop and maintain equipment specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation. • Assist with planning and execution of capital projects and equipment installations. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical performance, energy efficiency, and cost reduction. • Monitor equipment performance using data analytics and reliability tools. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASME, and other applicable engineering codes and safety standards. • Train maintenance staff on engineering modifications and new mechanical systems. • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS tools. Mechanical Engineer Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment. • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach. • Familiarity with maintenance best practices and reliability engineering principles. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Working knowledge of industrial safety and mechanical standards (OSHA, ANSI, ASME). • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: • Experience in the aluminum, metals, or heavy industrial sector. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification. • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). • OSHA 30 certification. We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer for our First Quality facility located in McElhattan, PA. This position will be responsible for improving reliability of plant equipment and systems through preventive and reliability maintenance strategies. Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: • Co-develop, implement, and drive adherence to site reliability program. • Co-develop, implement, and refine machine component tracking and life cycle systems. • Manage interface between reliability program and site CMMS. • Manage entirety of plant vibration data collection and analysis and provide operational recommendations to the maintenance and production activity. • Co-develop and implement a standardized monitoring program to include ultrasound, infrared, non-destructive inspections, and other predictive maintenance techniques throughout the facility as needed. • Perform Root Cause Analysis and co-develop procedures and recommendations for permanent elimination of problems with the process, project, and maintenance activity. • Observe and comply with all company mandated safety rules and PPE requirements. Notifies appropriate personnel of real or potential safety hazards or violations and takes immediate corrective action when necessary. • Work with maintenance management to develop annual goals for continually improving maintenance reliability. • Co-develop tools and techniques to analyze and improve preventive maintenance procedures. • Co-develop improvements to the safety design of the equipment including but not limited to Lock out / Tag out. • Participate in meetings including weekly planning and scheduling meetings and provide relevant reliability consultation to aid in setting shutdown schedules. • Co-develop and implement standards-based repair procedures, documenting repairs, developing and implementing vendor standards. • Collaborate with maintenance management and necessary vendors, OEM’s and training activities to improve the skills/practices of maintenance personnel and inspection routines. • Collaborate with process and maintenance management to evaluate equipment performance and drive machine design improvements. • Support and develop ongoing standards for CMMS. • Share in Department On-Call Responsibilities. • Attend all applicable training seminars provided by the Company. • Additional duties as required. Education and experience requirements: • B.S. in Engineering required (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience in reliability engineering. • 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred in a High-Speed Manufacturing Environment. • 5 years of experience in vibration data collection and analysis (Cat I or greater) preferred. • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as MP2, SAP, or EAM preferred. • Advanced communication, planning and organizational skills. • Established maintenance/technical background. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to direct others and work in a team environment. • Good overall mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation aptitude. • Ability to understand and reference maintenance documentation (blueprints, shop drawings, manuals, etc.) • Solid working knowledge of personal computers and common office software. Ability to manage multiple projects and issues in a controlled manner and pull appropriate resources together to deal with unplanned setbacks. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
