Project Manager job responsibilities include: • Lead modeling-based development of advanced heat exchangers (not CFD-heavy). • Define thermal requirements, optimize performance, and support technology transfer to product teams. • Drive design and simulation improvements, focusing on compact heat exchangers and electronics cooling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration into products. • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical project teams. • Manage R&D programs and contribute to client's innovation pipeline. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s + 7 years, Master’s + 5 years, or PhD + 3 years in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering. • Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mechanical design of heat exchangers. • Experience with system-level modeling (e.g., MATLAB, in-house tools, not just CFD). • Proven project leadership and mentoring skills.
