Position: Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician Duties & Responsibilities The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all facility and auxiliary equipment. This includes electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems. Must hold a high standard for safety practices including LOTO procedures while conducting equipment repair and preventive maintenance. Maintenance • Maintain production equipment including preventive, predictive, and repair work. • Troubleshoot all production equipment including supportive equipment (chillers, HVAC, emulsion, bag house) including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems. • Documentation of maintenance calls, completion of repair, PM, and PD work orders in CMMS system as well as end of shift reports, hot work permits, and confined space entry permits. • Support and provide continuous improvement ideas and root cause analysis procedures. • Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuit diagrams as well as mechanical drawings and layout plans for troubleshooting and in-house repair work. • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). • All other duties as assigned including but not limited to: operating forklifts, boom lifts, overhead cranes / hoists, and scissor lifts.
