Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher / Cement Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in fast-paced environments under varying weather conditions. Responsibilities: • Place, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and power equipment • Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete (e.g., floors, sidewalks, roads, curbs) • Apply curing compounds and surface treatments as needed • Set forms, align and secure them before pouring • Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications • Patch and repair damaged concrete surfaces • Read blueprints and follow project layouts • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a concrete finisher and/or cement mason • Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods • Must be dependable and punctual • OSHA certification is a plus • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Application Requirements: A resume is required to be considered for this position.
