This is a working supervisor role ideal for someone with strong CNC machining experience who can lead by example while ensuring production quality, safety, and efficiency. Position Overview The CNC Machine Operating Supervisor will oversee daily operations of our stone-cutting CNC equipment while actively working alongside the team. You’ll ensure machines run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, coach operators, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship expected at Roma Tile & Marble.
