Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks in the heating, air conditioning, ventilating, structural, and equipment systems in Dandy Mini Mart convenience stores and company buildings and equipment. • Must drive to various locations within the Dandy system to address service requirements while using a company provided vehicle. • Ability to communicate with the Field Operations Manager to establish priorities of work assignments. • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs various makes and models of equipment within and outside of store and building locations. • Responsible for learning and using proper repair methods, including the use of specialty tools. • Understand the operating principles of heating, air conditioning, and work safety practices related to all areas of service work. • Ability to communicate with store personnel at a level they understand, and deliver superior service. • Submit accurate work documentation on time. • Serve in a rotating on-call schedule. • Performs all work with attention to all company safety standards and procedures. • Adheres to policies and procedures relative to driving company vehicles. Education and Training Required: • High school diploma required. • Associate's Degree and/or related certificate preferred • HVAC License or certification preferred Experience Requirements: • Two years experience servicing climate, structural and equipment systems in the residential or commercial environment.
