The HVAC Technician works under the supervision of the HVAC Lead. The primary function of the HVAC Technician is to assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems. Job Functions • Assist HVAC Lead and other HVAC Technicians with the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of a variety of HVAC systems. • Perform work with a focus on Safety and Quality. • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized job site. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle. • Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance. • Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Ability to work outside, on roofs and in attics/crawlspaces.
