Overview • *MUST BE JOURNEYMAN HVAC CERTIFIED** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in HVAC management. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all systems operate effectively and meet safety standards. Responsibilities • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Supervise and train HVAC technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols. • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement solutions. • Manage property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including plumbing and appliance repair. • Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance system longevity. • Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical components within HVAC units. • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate building projects that require HVAC expertise. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory levels.
